I was honored to jury the 2026 Photography and Sculpture exhibition for the Rowayton Arts Center. The task of reviewing submissions is always a welcome challenge, and I spent hours each day immersing myself in the entries before making my final selections. I was particularly struck by the broad range of photographic styles and sculptural methods. Ultimately, I sought out outstanding individual pieces that continued to captivate me each time I reviewed the collection. It has been a true pleasure working with RAC Executive Director Andrea Letters and her team in producing this exhibition. My sincere thanks to everyone who entered; your work was seen, valued, and deeply admired. – Elizabeth Avedon
